Michael Horne Born to Move

Michael F. Horne, DPT

Michael F. Horne is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and owner of Born to Move. Along with being a physical therapist, Mike specializes in yoga, myofascial release, general strength, and kettlebell training.

Mike has more than seven years of clinical experience. His treatment approach uses a wide variety of movement-centered applications to enable personal and physical growth. Clients can expect to gain advanced knowledge and training in movement, rehabilitation, and functional integration. He also offers tools to help access the limitless potential of the mind body connection.

Mike brings a holistic approach to movement, connecting the body’s innate intelligence to help restore the system. His interests include: developmental patterning throughout the early stages of life; into movement strategies, into adulthood. He also has an interest in bridging treatment and movement approaches together.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys Bachata, surfing, snowboarding, skiing, yoga, meditation, rock climbing, kettlebells, barbell lifting, and anything that brings joy.
